Thank you for choosing Salawat Frames products to elevate your space. As a small business, ensuring quality and durability of our products is paramount to us and we take great pride in the investment we have made to this stan.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Salawat Frames purchase, we will gladly refund the full purchase price.

To initiate a product return and request a refund (processing time is approximately 6 weeks):

• Contact us via -email at smile@salawatframes.com within the first 14 days following the delivery of your order to advuse of your refund request.
• Once your request is processed, you'll receive an acknowledgement and reply containing return instructions. Please return the product to the address provided within 14 days of receiving this e-mail.
• Once your product has been returned and received, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

We are unfortunately unable to accept product returns or refund requests received after the 14-day post-delivery mark.

We offer no refunds on any personalized or custom designs.
